The Basics

Dental Marketing Guy LLC, d/b/a Dental Supply Guy ("we" / "us") and you, the Customer, effective as of the date signed below.

We operate a procurement service that sources dental supplies on behalf of dental practices—often at prices significantly lower than what practices find on their own. This Agreement covers how we work together, order by order.

How It Works

No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no sign-up costs. Each order is its own transaction. You order when you need to, and we fill it.

Payment. Keep a valid payment method on file (debit, credit, ACH, check, or wire). We'll charge it or draw from your eWallet for each order.

Your eWallet. Think of it as store credit. Prepay funds and we draw from it first. Check your balance anytime online. If your practice changes hands, the new owner can keep using it, or we'll refund the balance.

Returns. Because we source at deep discounts, our standard policy is that we generally can't accept returns. That said, our customers are consistently pleased with how we handle these situations—we make it a point to go above and beyond what this contract requires. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll work with you. Manufacturer return policies also still apply directly with them.

The Guaranteed Lowest Price

This is what sets us apart. We guarantee that your overall supply costs will be lower through us than any other channel—and we put it in writing.

This is an aggregate guarantee across your total automated supply spend, not a per-item commitment. It applies to everyday dental supplies processed through our automated procurement system. Products and services requiring advisor involvement (implants, large equipment, marketing, insurance, etc.) are priced competitively but are not covered by the guarantee.

What we need from you. The guarantee is active when all of the following are in place. You have up to twelve months to get set up—the sooner you're ready, the sooner you save:

If any condition isn't met, the guarantee pauses until you're back on track—but you still get competitive pricing through our buying power. No condition is required to use our service; they simply unlock the binding guarantee.

Found a better price? Give us the written quote with supplier details, product specs, and the total delivered price. We'll try to buy it for you at that price. If we can't beat it and your total spend was higher than it should have been, we'll credit your eWallet or cut you a check. Quotes must be genuine and actionable—we verify by attempting to purchase at the quoted price.

Bonuses

Early Onboarding Bonus. Complete your full automation onboarding within 30 days and earn $1,000 in eWallet credit toward future orders.

Early Prefunding Bonus. Prefund your eWallet with $10,000 within 30 days and earn another $1,000. That's up to $2,000 in free supply credits.

Confidentiality

We keep each other's proprietary information private—our pricing, supplier relationships, and procurement methods; your practice data and ordering details. This lasts three years after the Agreement ends.

Ending This Agreement

Either of us can end this at any time with written notice. Pending orders get completed and paid for. Your remaining eWallet balance (minus anything owed) is refunded within 45 days.

Resolving Disagreements

Talk to us first. We commit to responding within 72 business hours. If that doesn't resolve it, we'll try mediation, then binding arbitration if needed—both in Clark County, Nevada.

General Terms

This Agreement is governed by Nevada law. Court proceedings take place in Clark County, Nevada. Changes require written agreement from both of us. The prevailing party in any enforcement action recovers reasonable legal fees.

This Agreement can be signed electronically with full legal validity.
