Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Payments and Accounts

Fees charged are for the software and service of supply order management at Dental Supply Guy. All fees are governed by your agreement with Dental Supply Guy. All payments made to Dental Supply Guy are non-refundable. Software and services are provided by Dental Supply Guy and are available to clients that that do not have an outstanding balance owed to Dental Supply Guy or any of its subsidiaries. Dental Supply Guy does not offer any dental products or supplies, as Dental Supply Guy is not a vendor of supply equipment; rather, Dental Supply Guy provides software and service for management of our client supply orders. The subscription is only valid for up to two dentists, both must be working at the same physical location. Additional subscriptions are required for additional dentists.

All site content is provided by Dental Supply Guy. As appropriate, wording and other essential content changes may be made at anytime without notice.

Usage

Any documentation or access to information, data, records, etc. provided to Dental Supply Guy regarding supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise orders will be used by Dental Supply Guy as deemed necessary. These are primarily requested for inventory management assistance, price comparisons, and other historical information.

Changes

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at anytime. Dental Supply Guy will do their best to provide notice to users of any material changes within 7 days prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. When updating an existing payment method, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in the original Subscription Agreement as agreed to previously.
